Water Arintech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in connection with the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”).

“Personal Information” refers to “personal information” as defined under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan, meaning information about a living individual that can identify a specific person through details such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, or other descriptions, as well as information that can identify an individual on its own (personal identifiers), including but not limited to facial features, fingerprints, voiceprints, and health insurance certificate numbers.

Article 4 (Changes to the Purpose of Use)
The Company may change the purpose of use of personal information only if the new purpose is reasonably related to the original purpose. Any changes to the purpose of use will be notified to users or announced on the Company’s website through methods prescribed by the Company.
Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the user’s consent, except in the cases listed below (or where permitted by applicable laws and regulations).
・人の生命、身体、財産の保護のために必要であり、同意を得ることが困難な場合
・When it is especially necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain the user’s consent
・国・地方公共団体などによる法令の定める事務遂行に協力する必要があり、本人の同意により支障が生じるおそれがある場合
・以下の事項をあらかじめ告知または公表し、個人情報保護委員会へ届出済みである場合：利用目的に第三者提供が含まれること、提供される情報の項目、提供の手段や方法、提供停止の求めに応じること、提供停止の求めの受付方法
また、次に該当する場合は「第三者」に該当しません。
・当社が利用目的達成に必要な範囲で個人情報の取扱いを委託する場合
・事業承継に伴って個人情報が提供される場合
・特定の者と共同利用する場合で、共同利用の旨、情報項目、利用者の範囲、利用目的、管理責任者の名称などを事前に通知または本人が容易に知り得る状態にある場合
第6条（個人情報の訂正および削除）
ユーザーは、当社保有の自己の個人情報が誤っている場合、当社所定の手続きにより訂正・追加・削除を請求できます。当社は、請求に応じる必要があると判断した場合、遅滞なく訂正等を行います。訂正等を行った場合または行わない場合、遅滞なくユーザーに通知します。
第7条（個人情報の利用停止等）
ユーザーは、利用目的の範囲外の取扱いや不正取得があった場合、利用停止または削除を請求できます。当社は調査のうえ、必要と判断した場合は遅滞なく利用停止等を行い、その結果をユーザーに通知します。利用停止等が困難な場合は、代替措置を講じることがあります。
第8条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）
法令等で定めのある事項を除き、ユーザーに通知することなく変更できます。変更後のポリシーは、当社ウェブサイトに掲載された時点で効力を発生します。
